Altan.Dk is Denmark leading company with delivery and establishment of lifts and balconies for existing apartment buildings. Altan.Dk install over 3,000 balconies annually and approx.25 lifts in Denmark and Sweden. Altan.Dk employs more than 150 employees, who are divided between administrative employees and fitters in balcony and elevator department as well as in Denmark and Sweden.
Altan.Dk was using an old industrial system which stagnated their workflow. Therefore, the company needed a well-functioning administration system that can simplify and automate their administrative workflows. It was important for Altan.Dk to find a system that secures them in future and did not limit them in the development of their corporation.
Altan.Dk was introduced with Microsoft NAV/Business Central by Dynamics Inspire and was responsible for planning, conversion and the implementation of older branch system with new automated system. Dynamics Inspire set out project manager Anders Steinmetz Thomsen with Altan.Dk once a week for six weeks to learn and know the business processes of Altan.Dk. Microsoft NAV/Business Central replaced manual administrative work with automated process.
