What does the Dynamics-Inspire Support Agreement Entail?
The support agreement applies to user assistance for Microsoft Dynamics C5, NAV and Business Central, cf. number of support clips. Support is provided by phone and email. Does not apply to development, error correction, teaching and 3rd party products – this applies to the normal hourly rate.
Users are calculated according to the number of users in the MS Dynamics license. However, support clips for Document Capture (Continia) can be purchased for $30 per user / month and to Payment Management (Continia) for $30 per user / month. There is a 20% discount on Document Capture and Payment Management support, if both are desired. Establishment $89. The support agreement is binding for 12 months.
1 support clip = 15 minutes. Settled per. quarter. Extra support clips then cost only $30 per. extra clip (normal price started is $50 per 15 minutes).
